Real estate with a wider perspective.
A property transaction should be handled with honesty, considered strategy and a relationship that outlasts the deal.

The transaction was never the whole picture.
Prices set to win instructions. Strategies reduced to publication. Communication that fades when activity slows. Relationships that end at completion. Vimara starts from the property and stays close to the client — long after the transaction.

Close enough to understand. Independent enough to be honest.
Small, involved teams. Every property analysed individually, every client working directly with a founder. Fewer instructions handled with real attention.
Property needs evolve. Good advice should too.
We don't provide every specialist service ourselves — but our clients should always know who to call first. When legal, technical or financial expertise is needed, we coordinate a trusted network of independents.
Different perspectives.One way of working.
Victoria Marín
Co-Founder
Victoria brings an international, entrepreneurial and relationship-led perspective to Vimara.
Before focusing on real estate, she founded and led an international accessories business, developing product for global markets and managing an organisation of more than 300 people.
Over the past five years, that perspective has developed through direct involvement in the Spanish residential market.
At Vimara, Victoria is recognised for her commercial instinct, creativity and ability to find a route through complex negotiations — particularly valued by clients approaching Barcelona from abroad.
Marco Malavolti
Co-Founder
Marco brings a strategic, analytical perspective to residential real estate, shaped by experience across property analysis, valuation, asset management and premium brokerage.
His background lets him look beyond the commercial surface of a deal — the asset, its positioning and the wider context around a decision.
At Vimara, Marco focuses on strategy, positioning and client acquisition — market analysis combined with a direct, personal way of working.
For Marco, understanding the person behind a transaction matters as much as understanding the property.
